Product Details

Description

The AWG (Arrayed Waveguide Grating) is fabricated using PLC technology to form an arrayedwaveguidegrating on a silicon substrate. It features high integration, high channel count, low insertion loss, and excellent batch consistency, making it ideal for mass production and automated assembly.

Specifications

  • Center Wavelength (λ): 1270/1290/1310/1330nm
  • Bandwidth: ≥15nm; Return Loss: ≥40dB
  • Multiplexing Insertion Loss: ≤3.5dB; Temperature Dependent Loss: ≤0.5dB
  • Operating Temperature: -40~+85℃

Applications

Primarily used in optical transceiver transmitters (TOSA) and receivers (ROSA), the AWG moduleiswidelydeployed in 100G high-speed optical transceivers for signal multiplexing and demultiplexing.
